Hito's brother visited at our flat!

Hito's brother Coco alias VUorenvarman Melkoinenmajuri visited us with his owner Marina. I'm taking Coco with us to some dogshows and we felt like practicing! Here is the result!

We have a new Finnish Champion!

We have a new Finnish Champion! Our akita bitch Kami, Pandayan Axuki, got her 3rd CAC today in Tampere International and by that, became Finnish Champion! Kami also got her first CACIB and was BOS. We are so broud of our dear girl.

Also Take, Yukiguni no Akisamekou go, showed his best and was BOB-puppy and got honorary award!

Routa, Razmus Akai Oujisama Go, got his part of the fame when he was BOB- puppy and also got honorary award! Routa has started his show career very well! He vas BOS- puppy in Lahti puppy show and BOB- puppy in Hamina Internarional dogshow!

Today we went to Ruovesi group show with my friend Jenni Pirinen and my dog's Yukiguni no Akisamekou go "Take" and Pandayan Axuki "Kami". The group show was for 5 and part 7/8 groups, we had Merja Ylhäinen as our juddge and there was two akita females, including Kami, and two shiba males, including Take, in the show.
It was good day for us, Kami got EXC Open class1 CAC BOB!! This was Kamis second CAC and she only needs one to become Finnsih champion! Take got HP1 and BOB-puppy, wich is really good! Both our dog's did very well and we are so broud of them.

Kami's mix-breeded offspring, Säde was diagnosed with patella luxation decree 2-3 in her another knee. This state is caused by accident, and this was confirmed by the vet who operated the knee. The state of the injury was so bod, that it could not have been caused by a "normal heditary" patella luxation.
The surgery went well, and Säde is recovering. I wish all the best to her family!
I got some new pictures of Leo, Yukiguni no Inazuma go, the male akita which I'm planing to breed with Kami, Pandayan Axuki. The pictures are taken by the Leo's owner, Elisa Saarenpää!

Kami's hip results came today back from a Finnish kennel club. Both of the hips were A! I could not be happier. Hopefully Kami inherits this feature to her offspring.
Routa is growing fast and soon he will start his "show career". At the moment hes 4 months and one week old. If we get lucky, Routa's breeder Kevin Carroll will visit us in December and he will attend to Winner 2012.

Today we went to the veterinarian for Kami's official hip, knee and eye results. She had healthy eye's and 0/0 knees! I'm extra happy of these results, and if everything goes alright, her hip results are going to bee also excellent.
We also visited Kajaani Kv January 15th and met Kami's breeder Päivi Tolmunen and Kami's dam Aya. When we arrived to the show place, we saw Kamis brother Pandayan Amigo "kendo and Kami's sister Pandayan Alaya "Awa". Kami got very good from intermediate class, sister Awa got excellent and brother Kendo got excellent. Anna from kennne Candida's was with us and she brought their akita female, Candida's October Opal "Lumi", with her. Lumi got very good from champion class. The judge was Erna- Britt Nordin from Sweden.

Merry christmas!

This comes a little bit late, but still, I wanted to publish your Christmas card in here. Our Christmas was merry but both our girls suffered from flu. Luckily the flu was not so bad, and we pulled through it with some vitamin- C and rest. Our little arrival Routa also had a flu, but he's getting better too. At the moment Routa is living with his co-owner Merja Ylhinen from kennel Candida's and it sounds like he's enjoying his life in middle of the forest!
Our second new arrival, shiba Take is moving in with us 2th of January. We are really excited and we can't wait to get this little boy living with us!
